Setting up Dues Payments to Town Management
Information needed for all payments:
Town Management ID = 7067
Settlers Mill Association ID = SET
Your account number = (your street number) + (the initials of your street) + (the first 3 letters of your last
name). For example, using the Clubhouse’s ‘name’ and address, it would be 179LDCLU. Please call Town Mgmt. to confirm you account number.
Recurring Scheduled Payment through Alliance Association Bank
Town Management recommends and encourages you to use the direct payment service provided by Alliance Association Bank. To establish this service:

Click on either ‘One-Time Check’ or ‘Debit or Credit Card Payment’
