Settlers' Mill has a Homeowners Association, governed by a five person Board of Directors elected by the membership. The Board is assisted by numerous Committees including Beautification, Building & Grounds, Neighborhood Watch, Social and Welcoming.
Settlers’ Mill is located 3 miles from Historic Jamestown and 4 miles from the College of William & Mary and Colonial Williamsburg. An hour to our northwest is Richmond, our state capital, while Virginia Beach is an hour to our southeast. Williamsburg’s location between the James and the York Rivers produces an average yearly temperature range from 31 degrees to 92 degrees.
